We had our first hot air balloon experience this morning and it was a true once in a lifetime experience. I was nervous leading up to our experience but the entire organization was top notch and professional. Our pilot Antonio was terrific! He was fun, professional and made the experience even that much better. If visiting the Mexico City area I couldn’t recommend this company and experience any more!

A great way to start your morning!! View was great, Antonio, the pilot, was amazing. He has 14 years of experience and he showed his skill to us and safely flew and landed the balloon. We had a toast after as well to celebrate and it was apparently a tradition having a toast after flying! If you are afraid of heights, give it a shot still. It was worth it and super safe. Kudos to the other staffs as well they are very friendly and accommodating.

What an amazing experience! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the entire ride was smooth and peaceful. The crew was professional, friendly, and made us feel safe from start to finish. It was a memorable adventure, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a unique experience.

A can't miss experience! The Teotihuacán hot air balloon ride was peaceful, felt safe, and offered breathtaking views of the pyramids at sunrise. The staff were friendly and professional. There's coffee and games while you wait and a sparkling wine toast after. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Worth getting up at 4am for! We had Alejandro as our pilot and Caolum for our balloon. The take off, flight, and landing were smooth with a great crew. The views unmatched. Alejandro was willing to communicate in English or Spanish as preferred and offered insight throughout the experience.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Captain was fantastic. Saw the sunrise, pyramids, and spectacular scenery. Highly recommend for you all to experience this amazing experience.

It was absolutely amazing!! My first time going on a hot air balloon!! Bring jacket and pants or tights it might be cold lol but amazing staff great experience will return again for sure

We loved the experience of flying in a hot air balloon. Antonio was very kind and pleasant, and he also played excellent music. They offered us coffee, a certificate, and above all, an incredible experience.

This was amazing. All four of us (wife and kids 12 and 15) say is the best part of 2 week trip to Mexico. Unbelievably beautiful and amazining perspective of Teotihuacan. I have taken balloons before but this pilot was the most skilled I have seen, we were directly over the pyramids, and moved along the axis of the site.
