We had our first hot air balloon experience this morning and it was a true once in a lifetime experience. I was nervous leading up to our experience but the entire organization was top notch and professional. Our pilot Antonio was terrific! He was fun, professional and made the experience even that much better. If visiting the Mexico City area I couldn’t recommend this company and experience any more!

We had a toast after as well to celebrate and it was apparently a tradition having a toast after flying! If you are afraid of heights, give it a shot still. It was worth it and super safe. Kudos to the other staffs as well they are very friendly and accommodating.

This was amazing. All four of us (wife and kids 12 and 15) say is the best part of 2 week trip to Mexico. Unbelievably beautiful and amazining perspective of Teotihuacan. I have taken balloons before but this pilot was the most skilled I have seen, we were directly over the pyramids, and moved along the axis of the site.
Fantastic experience, I would highly recommend. Very well organised. Helpful, approachable staff and experienced and friendly "pilot".
